Our All-Inclusive packages include The Manor, dinner menus, wedding & groom’s cakes, a bridal party fresh floral package, your choice of color full-length linen, chiavari chairs, guests tables, standard silk centerpieces, and a day of coordinator.

If you would rather plan your own special day with all your favorite vendors in mind, then you can choose from a variety of packages starting at $4850.00 for up to 100 guests. Packages include The Manor, chiavari chairs, guest tables, your choice of color full-length linens, standard silk centerpieces, and a day of coordinator.

The Bellamia Manor Story

As a little girl playing dress up and imagining what a dream wedding would be like, I had no clue that the journey of a lifetime awaited me as a wedding planner. My parents were visionaries; in a time when there were only a handful of basic options for couples, they founded a one of a kind venue in 1998 named Carahills Estate. It was completely unparalleled in the Mid-South. Blending a customized, all inclusive package complete with coordination which gave couples a stress free and perfectly unique experience. I became part of the family business, and along this journey I witnessed countless love stories new and old, forged lifelong friendships, and gained valuable experience to help every couple create their dream wedding.

Over the years, I had the joy of witnessing so many perfect unions, but something was missing in my life until I met James Rogers. It was in James that I found my soulmate, my partner, my Superman. With his background in construction, an incredible talent for designing and building, and my knowledge base for event planning to drive us forward, we became an unstoppable Superteam. In a few short years, we broke ground on a second location. Every detail and feature of the property was crafted from our vision of a place where families could come together to celebrate love and make memories that would live on for generations to come. In the fall of 2009, we welcomed our first couples, and Carahills II became the next chapter in my story as I took on ownership, responsibility and pride in my own venue.

Then in 2015, my whole life was changed with the adoption of our daughter, Isabella. Having witnessed countless love stories, I couldn’t even begin to comprehend the depth of my love for this beautiful little girl. I saw in her wonder and imagination, love and joy overflowing like no other.

Now, nearly 25 years and thousands of weddings later, as my own Mom retires and the Carahills Estate becomes another family’s story, I want to honor the love and joy of my daughter’s heart by giving her the legacy of becoming part of our wedding venue in name, just as my family did for me.

Our new name isn’t a just a rebranding…its a deepening of family bonds, honoring of legacy, a tangible display of vision and hope for the future. It’s a reminder that love is the most beautiful thing there is. Bellamia literally translated means my beautiful…and the moment I held Isabella Mia in my arms I knew she would be mine. Now our family legacy will continue with her, as we introduce Bellamia Manor to the world.

James and I are so excited to begin this new chapter in our love story, and share in so many more to come with each of our Bellamia couples.
